Every crown we install comes with the following:

• Concrete reinforced with either rebar or galvanized welded wire (Figure 1.)
• 2.5″ overhang around all sides unless another size is needed (Figure 2.)
• Drip formed in the underside of the concrete 1/2″-3/4″ from the outside edge (Figure 2.)
• Bond break/internal flashing with weeps(Figure 1 and Figure 3.)
• Expansion/foam wrap around all flues, stove pipes, exhaust vents, and liners (Figure 1 and Figure 3.)
• Expansion cut down below surface of concrete and sealant applied (Figure 4 and Figure 5.)

Every chimney cleaning includes a Level 1 chimney inspection with a camera inspection, roof inspection (if possible/applicable,) and an attic inspection (if possible/applicable.)
